The next block, already under construction, the InterContinental Hotel, 280 rooms, will be one of the anchors of a 215,000 square foot mixed use real estate development that includes another shopping mall with upscale shops, large casino, convention center facilities, movie theaters and restaurants….located on the corner Ave. San Martin and 5th Street, fronting the beachfront.
